Position Summary

We are looking for a full-time Project Coordinator who assists with project administration/management of Asphalt and Concrete, helping to maximize productivity and maintain high quality for our valued customers.
In addition to being detail-oriented and organized, the ideal candidate must demonstrate:

  • Ability to learn company processes and be a team player
  • Strong computer and decision-making skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
Role and Responsibilities

This position entails contacting subcontractors nationwide to obtain project schedule dates, bid statuses and job close-out documentation, and updating our CRM program with current project statuses. This position is responsible for assisting Project Managers, maintaining client relations, creating estimates, and keeping an open line of communication among all parties. If you are not a phone person then this is not the position for you. This is an office position, no traveling required.

We have a casual office that is constantly seeking better ways to service our clients and build our company status within the paving industry.
This is not a receptionist position. This is not an accounting position. This is not a sales position. This is not a project management position.

Candidate Qualifications

Computer proficient with Excel, CRM programs, MS Office. Knowledge of Sharefile or Quickbase a plus. Strong phone skills. Background in working with construction or paving contractors is a huge plus. Quick study, multi-tasker, good sense of humor, committed, loyal, organized, problem solver.

Compensation and Benefits

Benefits After 90 Days:

Group Insurance Plan including health, dental and vision options; 401(k); paid holidays; vacation, sick pay after one year. Our office is closed the week of Christmas to New Year’s Day and is paid week off regardless of hire date (you don’t have to wait a year to get this benefit).

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.

Position Summary

Seeking full-time Estimator / Project Manager located in the San Antonio Texas area. Our company is constantly working with cutting-edge technology and applicants must be able to adapt to continuing changes and upgrades in technology with various software programs. Flexibility is essential. Main office is in Charlotte, NC and offers a full benefits package that includes medical and vacation. Salary and compensation package is based on experience and tenure in the industry.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Meet customers on-site to determine method of repair
  • Track assigned projects through the help of CRM program
  • Review RFP from client and navigate efficiently in our CRM program
  • Complete a comprehensive property evaluation from information provided by customer
  • Become proficient with internal software so that all data, notes, assignments, can be handled remotely while traveling
  • Interact with subcontractors and provide detailed direction, as necessary
  • Work closely with in-house Project Coordinators to ensure FM (Facility Manager) and GM (General Manager) and Property Managers are informed of project status and complete close-out procedures
Candidate Qualifications
  • Verbal and written communication skills, organized with attention to details and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
  • Professional personal presentation
  • Customer-service driven and self-motivated
  • Must be able to use tablets, laptop computers, smart phones and the latest technology
  • Autocad and Planswift knowledge helpful
  • Ability to read construction blueprints and do take-offs a plus
  • Work Unsupervised remotely at a HIGH LEVEL
